Artist Agreement

This Artist Agreement governs the relationship between Ngoma and artists who upload and distribute their music through our platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By uploading music to Ingomaa, you agree to be bound by these terms and our standard terms of service.

2. Rights and Ownership

You retain all rights to your music. By uploading to Ingomaa, you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute, stream, and promote your music through our platform.

3. Content Requirements

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have proper licenses for all content you upload
  • Your music does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws
  • Your music is appropriate for our platform

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Contains hate speech or promotes violence
  • Infringes on copyrights or trademarks
  • Contains explicit material without proper labeling
  • Violates any laws or regulations

5. Revenue Sharing

Artists receive [X]% of revenue generated from their music streams and downloads. Payments are processed monthly for earnings above the minimum threshold.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates our policies or terms of service.

7. Promotion and Marketing

We may use your music and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.

8. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining your artist profile, updating information, and responding to fan interactions in a timely manner.

9. Reporting and Analytics

We provide artists with detailed analytics on their music performance, including stream counts, download statistics, and audience demographics.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will continue to honor existing purchases and streams.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
